How long does delivery take?
Free UK delivery. Allow 1–2 working days for processing and 2–5 working days in transit, an estimated total of 3–7 working days. The daily cut-off is 00:00 midnight, GMT/BST (UK time), closing the preceding calendar day. Processing begins on the following working day once payment is confirmed. See our shipping policy.
What is your returns policy?
You can request a return within 30 days after delivery. Statutory cancellation and faulty-goods rights remain unaffected. We do not offer direct exchanges for a different item. See our returns and refunds policy for conditions and the process.
What guarantee does the winder carry?
Swisseria watch winders carry a three-year guarantee against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Contact support with your order number and a description of the issue. This guarantee is additional to your statutory rights and does not apply automatically to watch boxes or travel rolls.
