Payment information
Swisseria orders are priced and paid in British pounds (GBP). Before you submit an order, review the checkout summary showing the item subtotal, any applicable tax, shipping and the total to pay.
Available payment methods
Checkout offers credit and debit card payments, PayPal and Klarna where available for your transaction. The options displayed at checkout are the methods available for that order. Payment providers may apply their own authentication, eligibility and account terms.
Shipping and the final total
Standard UK shipping is free (£0), with no minimum order value. If a checkout price or charge differs from what you expected, contact us before paying. We will not add an undisclosed store charge to an accepted order without your agreement. Your bank or provider may apply its own conversion or account charges if your payment account is not in GBP.
Payment questions
If you see a charge but have no order confirmation, check your spam folder and contact support with the transaction date and order reference, if available. A pending authorisation is not always a completed payment. Do not email full card numbers, passwords or payment security codes.
Refunds
Refunds are returned to the original payment method unless otherwise expressly agreed without cost to you. The applicable deadlines and return process are in our return and refund policy. For Klarna or another payment plan, follow the provider's instructions while a return is processed.
