Shipping policy

Last updated: 24 September 2026.

This policy explains delivery for orders placed on swisseria.com. Please read it before ordering, together with our terms of sale. The delivery estimate includes both the time we need to prepare your order and the time your parcel spends in transit.

1. Delivery area and address requirements

We deliver to the United Kingdom. Please enter a complete street address, postcode and recipient name at checkout. We do not deliver to PO boxes, parcel lockers or collection points. The delivery address must be one at which the parcel can be received.

Check the address carefully before submitting your order, including any flat or building number. If checkout does not accept your address, contact us before ordering so we can clarify whether delivery is available. Do not select a different country or an incomplete address to complete checkout.

2. Shipping charges

Standard shipping to the United Kingdom is free: £0, with no minimum order value. The shipping charge shown at checkout should therefore be £0 for an eligible UK order. There is no paid express-delivery promise in this policy.

Review the order summary before paying. Product prices and any applicable tax are shown in the checkout calculation; see our payment information. If the shipping charge differs from the free standard service described here, contact us before completing the order so we can investigate.

3. Order processing: 1–2 working days

We normally prepare orders for dispatch within 1–2 working days from the first working day after the daily cut-off for your order, once payment is confirmed. Processing covers checking the order details, preparing the goods and handing the parcel to the delivery service. It is separate from the transit time below.

For these estimates, working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays enter the processing period on the next working day. Support is available seven days a week, but support hours do not mean that warehouse processing and carrier services operate seven days a week.

4. Ordering hours and processing times

You can place an order online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The daily order cut-off is 00:00 midnight, GMT/BST (UK time), closing the preceding calendar day. Orders received during that calendar day enter the 1–2 working-day processing period on the following working day, once payment is confirmed. This is not a same-day dispatch promise.

Our support hours are 9:00 am to 4:00 pm every day in UK time, meaning GMT in winter and BST during British Summer Time. Messages can be sent outside those hours and will be handled by the support team during opening hours.

5. Dispatch confirmation and tracking

When your order is dispatched, we send a shipping confirmation to the email address supplied at checkout. It contains the tracking reference or tracking link for your parcel. Keep this message until your order has arrived and you have checked its contents.

A tracking reference may be created before the first carrier scan appears. If your tracking has not updated or the confirmation email is missing, check your spam folder and visit our order tracking page. Contact us with your order number if you need help; we can investigate the dispatch status.

6. Transit time: 2–5 working days

After dispatch, standard transit normally takes 2–5 working days. This is the carrier stage of delivery and is additional to order processing. Tracking provides the most relevant updates once the parcel is in the delivery network.

Delivery estimates are not a booked appointment or a guaranteed delivery date. Local carrier schedules, public holidays and disruption may affect arrival. If you need an item for a particular date, ask us before ordering; do not rely on the earliest end of the estimate as a guaranteed arrival date.

7. Total estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days

Allow approximately 3–7 working days in total: 1–2 working days for processing plus 2–5 working days in transit. The total is not an extra period added on top of the two stages. Weekend days and public holidays do not count towards this working-day estimate.

For example, a weekend order begins its processing period on the next working day. A public holiday during processing or transit may move the expected arrival later. Your order confirmation identifies the items ordered; the dispatch message tells you when the carrier stage begins.

8. Delayed delivery

If the estimated delivery period has passed and your order has not arrived, email us with your order number and tracking reference. We will check the parcel status and explain the next step. You do not have to resolve a delivery problem solely with the carrier.

Where no different delivery date has been agreed, your statutory rights relating to delivery within 30 days remain applicable. If we fail to deliver within an agreed or legally required period, you may have the right to set an appropriate further deadline or to cancel, including where timely delivery was essential under applicable law. Nothing in our estimates removes those rights.

9. Lost, damaged or incorrect deliveries

If tracking says “delivered” but you cannot find the parcel, check the delivery details and any location you authorised, then contact us. Tell us what you have already checked so we can investigate with the carrier. A tracking status alone does not remove your rights where goods have not been delivered to you or your nominated recipient.

For damage or an incorrect item, send your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs of the item, packaging and label are helpful where available. We will arrange the appropriate remedy and cover necessary return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods. There is no short reporting deadline that takes away your statutory rights.

10. Address changes and unsuccessful delivery

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct a delivery address or cancel before dispatch. We will check whether the order can still be changed. Once dispatch has taken place, a reroute or interception may not be possible. Your cancellation and return rights are explained in the return policy.

If an attempted delivery is unsuccessful, follow any carrier instructions and contact us if you need assistance. If a parcel is returned to the sender, we will discuss the available next step with you. Any proposed additional delivery arrangement or charge will be explained before you agree to it.

11. Responsibility for delivery and returns

For delivery arranged by us, the goods remain our responsibility until you or a person you identify takes physical possession, subject to applicable consumer law. This policy does not shift the risk of loss in transit to you merely because we have dispatched the parcel.

After delivery, check your order and keep the order confirmation. To return an item, follow our returns and refunds policy and contact support for the applicable return address. The business address in the contact section identifies the seller and is not advertised as a returns warehouse.
