Terms of sale

Last updated: 24 September 2026.

These terms govern purchases of goods from Swisseria through swisseria.com by consumers. The seller is Maceo Charpier Courty, trading as Agence Charpier Courty Maceo under the Swisseria brand. Our business and contact details appear at the end of these terms.

1. Products and information before ordering

We sell watch winders, watch boxes and travel rolls. Each product page describes the particular item, its price and the available options. Check the stated capacity, dimensions, operating requirements and included accessories before ordering. If a detail is important to your purchase and is unclear, contact us for clarification.

Product images illustrate the goods, but screen settings may affect how colours appear. This does not permit us to supply goods that do not match their description. Claims and specifications must be read for the particular product; features shown for one model are not automatically included in another.

2. Placing an order

You can place orders at any time through the website. Select the item and any available option, review your basket, enter accurate contact and delivery details, and review the checkout summary before paying. You must be legally able to enter into the purchase or act with the necessary authority.

You can correct the basket and checkout details before submitting the order. By submitting a paid order, you agree to pay the amount shown at checkout for the goods and any applicable charges. Keep a copy of the order confirmation and the terms that apply when you order.

3. Order acknowledgement and acceptance

After submission, we send an order confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. Our acceptance of the order takes place when we confirm dispatch of the goods, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier. If your order contains separately dispatched goods, acceptance relates to the goods identified in the relevant dispatch confirmation.

If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because an item is unavailable, we will inform you and refund any payment taken for the unfulfilled goods. We will not substitute a different product or charge a higher price without your agreement. Rights already arising under mandatory consumer law are unaffected.

4. Prices, currency and checkout totals

Prices and payments on this store are in British pounds (GBP). The checkout order summary sets out the item subtotal, any applicable tax, shipping and the total to pay before you submit your order. Standard UK shipping is £0 with no minimum order value.

Review the final total before paying. If you see an inconsistent price or an unexplained charge, contact us before completing the purchase. We will not add an undisclosed store charge to an accepted order without your agreement. A payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion or account charges under its terms if you pay using a non-GBP account.

If an obvious pricing error is identified before acceptance, we will explain it and ask whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a refund. We will not treat silence as agreement to an increased price.

5. Payment

Checkout offers card payments, PayPal and Klarna where available for the transaction. The payment options shown in your checkout are the options available for that order. A provider may apply its own eligibility checks, authentication requirements and terms.

Payment is processed through the selected payment service. We do not ask you to send full card details, passwords or security codes to our support team. If a payment appears to have been taken but you have not received confirmation, contact us with the order reference or transaction date, without sending sensitive payment credentials.

For more information, see our payment information page. A pending bank authorisation is not necessarily a completed charge; your provider can explain how it appears on your account.

6. Delivery and responsibility for the goods

We deliver to the United Kingdom, excluding PO boxes, parcel lockers and collection points. Estimated processing is 1–2 working days, followed by 2–5 working days in transit, giving an estimated total of 3–7 working days. The daily cut-off is 00:00 midnight, GMT/BST (UK time), closing the preceding calendar day. Processing starts on the following working day once payment is confirmed. Working days for these estimates are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

These are estimates rather than a guaranteed arrival appointment. Our shipping policy explains tracking, delays, address corrections and unsuccessful delivery. If you require delivery by an essential date, raise that with us before ordering so any agreement is clear.

For delivery arranged by us, risk remains with us until you or your nominated recipient takes physical possession, subject to applicable law. Your statutory rights where delivery does not take place within an agreed or legally required period remain available.

7. Cancellation and the additional return offer

You may cancel an eligible online purchase without a reason by notifying us within 14 calendar days after the day you receive the goods. You then have 14 calendar days after notifying us to send them back. A clear email or letter is sufficient; our cancellation form is optional.

Swisseria also offers a 30-day return request period after delivery, subject to the additional offer's unused-condition and packaging requirements. These do not restrict statutory cancellation or faulty-goods rights. Change-of-mind return postage is payable by the customer where legally permitted.

The return policy sets out the process, permitted inspection, costs, original-delivery refunds and refund deadlines. We do not offer a discretionary direct exchange service. This does not remove statutory repair or replacement remedies.

8. Faults, descriptions and guarantees

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Contact us if your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. We will discuss the problem and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund.

Any commercial guarantee advertised for a product is additional to your statutory rights. It applies according to the stated product-specific coverage and does not make the expiry of that guarantee the end of all legal remedies. Do not assume that a guarantee stated for a watch winder applies to a watch box or travel roll.

Follow the product's operating and care instructions. Where a problem occurs, provide the order reference and a description so we can assess the appropriate next step. Necessary return costs for a valid faulty-goods claim are covered by us.

9. Our responsibility and limitations

We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill, as required by law. Nothing excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

These terms do not exclude the statutory standards for goods, lawful cancellation and refund rights or other mandatory consumer protection. Goods sold under these consumer terms are for private use; any limitation concerning business losses applies only to the extent legally permitted.

10. Privacy, service contact and complaints

We use order and contact information to process the purchase, arrange delivery, handle support and meet legal obligations. Our privacy policy explains the purposes, recipients and rights relating to personal data.

If you have a complaint, email support with the order number, a description and the outcome you seek. We aim to respond within 24 hours. Support is open daily, 9:00 am–4:00 pm GMT/BST (UK time). A support response target is not a restriction on your legal deadlines or remedies.

11. Applicable law and changes to these terms

These consumer purchase terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections applicable in the part of the United Kingdom where you live. You retain any right to bring proceedings in a court available to you under applicable law, including the relevant courts in Scotland or Northern Ireland where those rights apply.

The version in force when you place the order applies to that purchase. Later updates do not retrospectively remove rights under an existing order. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
